It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure they have read all of these terms and conditions and understand them. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time and without warning. Presale

The Presale is your opportunity to get your favorite fragrances at the lowest possible price...so it's stock-up time! If you order an item which is on Presale, this means that the item is not currently in stock but will be ordered once the Presale ends. The end date will be posted in the Presale category. By reserving a Presale item, you are acknowledge you understand the item isn't in stock yet. You have the option to ship your order immediately once it comes in or to HOLD your order to release on a future date (up to 4 months). Once a Presale closes it takes approximately 2 weeks before orders begin shipping out. 

Choosing Ship or Hold ship methods

For all orders you will have the option to Ship or Hold your order. Ship means that you would like your order sent to you as quickly as possible. Hold allows you to hold the shipment of your order until you want it to ship at a later date of your choosing. This allows you to save on shipping and still get the items that you want. 

Hold Shelf Orders

Orders on the HOLD shelf must be released within 4 months of ordering. You will receive reminder emails on or about the 1st of each month to let you know your items are still waiting to be shipped. When you are ready to release all your hold orders, please e-mail us at info@soapingsupply.com with your order numbers and your request to release them to ship. We will send you a PayPal invoice. Once paid, your items will happily be on their way to their new home.

Shipping, Returns and Replacements

All sales are final.  Should your shipment be damaged or lost and it is insured, you will be given store credit only. We do not take returns. Due to flashpoints of essential oils and fragrance oils, all orders for these items will ship via Ground - NO EXCEPTIONS.

FAQ

I want to purchase larger quantities than you have listed on an item. Will you discount any further than the 16 fl oz price?
Yes! We are beginning to offer 80 fl oz and 112 fl oz sizes on select items. We are also more than happy to quote you on larger quantities. Please contact us directly at info@soapingsupply.com with the item in question and how much you would be looking for. We'll get back to you quickly with a quote.

Why isn't my bottle filled to the top and why doesn't it weight what the item shows it should?
All essential oils and fragrance oils are sold by the fluid ounce and are priced accordingly. A fluid ounce measure volume and not weight. Some oils are heavier than others and will take up less volume as a result.

How much essential oils or fragrance oils should I use in my CP soap?
The IFRA information for all oils will be listed under each specific item for your convenience.

How long will it take to ship my order?
If in stock, your order will typically ship within 24-48 hours from being ordered. However, at this time we are running 1 week behind due to an influx of orders. If a pre-sale, your order will ship once the item comes into stock - typically 2 weeks past the end date of the presale.

Why does my order have to ship ground? I want it faster than that!
Certain essential oils and fragrance oils have lower flashpoints. By law, any liquid with a flashpoint below 141 degrees F must ship via ground - no exceptions.

I've changed my mind - can I cancel my pre-order?
No. Once you have ordered and paid for your pre-order, the product is yours. However, I am willing to work with you to find a buyer for your item. If a buyer cannot be found, you will be responsible for accepting delivery on the item in question.
