Not sure how much fragrance to use in the product you want to make? First, you need to understand the maximum percentages that specific product base will typically accept.
CP, HP, CPOP Soap: 6%
MP Soap: 3%
Lotions and Scrubs: 1-2%
Bath Bombs, Salts & Soaks: 5-10%
Candles: 6-12% (depends upon wax used)
The actual percentage you end up using should be based upon the IFRA maximum, the maximum your product base will accept and what % of fragrance it takes to make your product smell awesome! A good starting place is using the LOWEST of these three percentages.
EXAMPLE:
Desired scent strength: 5%
Maximum CP base load: 6%
IFRA Maximum: 12%
This means you should start with 5% of this particular fragrance in your CP soap as that is the lowest of all three numbers. Remember, you are not limited to this percentage. You can use up to 12%. However, this is a great place to start.

I definitely smell the coconut note and I'm not mad about it. I made a fragrance oil with it and let this one macerate for at least a month and it smells delicious!

A little for me right out of the bottle but I plan to play around with it in perfumer's alcohol. It's sweet, a little rich and would work as a great blender!

Very nice, sweet, but not sickening. I love that there is no maple smell to this like some creme brulee scents have.

My fave scent so far. Caramelized creme brulee with real fresh shredded coconut. So so good.
