Not sure how much fragrance to use in the product you want to make? First, you need to understand the maximum percentages that specific product base will typically accept.
CP, HP, CPOP Soap: 6%
MP Soap: 3%
Lotions and Scrubs: 1-2%
Bath Bombs, Salts & Soaks: 5-10%
Candles: 6-12% (depends upon wax used)
The actual percentage you end up using should be based upon the IFRA maximum, the maximum your product base will accept and what % of fragrance it takes to make your product smell awesome! A good starting place is using the LOWEST of these three percentages.
EXAMPLE:
Desired scent strength: 5%
Maximum CP base load: 6%
IFRA Maximum: 12%
This means you should start with 5% of this particular fragrance in your CP soap as that is the lowest of all three numbers. Remember, you are not limited to this percentage. You can use up to 12%. However, this is a great place to start.

Lawd….this is by MILES my FAV Scent. I hope it will be available in larger sizes. This is super Luxe. And Sexy!!! I love masculine scents!! I can’t get enough of this one!!! I use it with Coconut Apricot wax with crackling wooden as well as beard balms and beard oils and they are a BIG HIT!!!

Out of all the oils I’ve bought this is my absolute favorite. I do have the original fragrance and this comes oh so close to the original. I believe with this fragrance I smell a bit more clary sage but I absolutely love it this way.
It is perfect for men & women both. I have had so many compliments on my perfume and it’s my top seller for wax melts! Everyone loves it and so do i!!
