Not sure how much fragrance to use in the product you want to make? First, you need to understand the maximum percentages that specific product base will typically accept.
CP, HP, CPOP Soap: 6%
MP Soap: 3%
Lotions and Scrubs: 1-2%
Bath Bombs, Salts & Soaks: 5-10%
Candles: 6-12% (depends upon wax used)
The actual percentage you end up using should be based upon the IFRA maximum, the maximum your product base will accept and what % of fragrance it takes to make your product smell awesome! A good starting place is using the LOWEST of these three percentages.
EXAMPLE:
Desired scent strength: 5%
Maximum CP base load: 6%
IFRA Maximum: 12%
This means you should start with 5% of this particular fragrance in your CP soap as that is the lowest of all three numbers. Remember, you are not limited to this percentage. You can use up to 12%. However, this is a great place to start.

Years ago, I was gifted some of the OG and although it’s been years, I immediately recognized this from memory.
I made perfume with this FO , so far.
This definitely is a very feminine fragrance, I have heard about comparisons to 1990’s fancy lipstick and yes, I get that , but in a very pleasant way. Initially, you get a strong Rose, within short time, you do smell Raspberry and Litchi but the drydown is beautiful and soft - perfect for all ages, actually. I will definitely make Body Cream from this, too - what a nostalgic fragrance! If I ran out of, I would definitely want another bottle eventually, although it’s not the typical type of fragrance I like- I love this one!

Initially, this smells like a very strong rose but in perfume, after a couple of minutes, it mellows down to where you do smell different notes. I once had some of the original gifted to me and this dupe does really remind of the way luxurious lipsticks would smell back in the ‘90s - but so much better. Once mellowed down, it is a beautiful, girly fragrance! I have no idea if it would come out smelling the same way in other products, but never judge a fragrance by an OOB sniff - you’d be missing out on something special with this one. I am not a floral fan, but I actually like this one very much and so do those who’ve tested my perfumes! If I ran out, I would want more ! I think the fragrance after drydown is gorgeous, been told it’s like a raspberry baby powder… not too strong. I recommend to at least try it!
