Not sure how much fragrance to use in the product you want to make? First, you need to understand the maximum percentages that specific product base will typically accept.
CP, HP, CPOP Soap: 6%
MP Soap: 3%
Lotions and Scrubs: 1-2%
Bath Bombs, Salts & Soaks: 5-10%
Candles: 6-12% (depends upon wax used)
The actual percentage you end up using should be based upon the IFRA maximum, the maximum your product base will accept and what % of fragrance it takes to make your product smell awesome! A good starting place is using the LOWEST of these three percentages.
EXAMPLE:
Desired scent strength: 5%
Maximum CP base load: 6%
IFRA Maximum: 12%
This means you should start with 5% of this particular fragrance in your CP soap as that is the lowest of all three numbers. Remember, you are not limited to this percentage. You can use up to 12%. However, this is a great place to start.

Heck, yes!!! I also never smelled Original but from looking at the notes aside from still remembering enough Italian, I knew this wasn’t going not the “cotton candy “ we are used to because it’s now flavored sugars , this is their beautiful interpretation of Spun Sugar aka sugar floss ! I made a Parfum and a Body Spray and it’s a beautiful fragrance that thankfully is not sticky sweet - it’s beautiful by itself and I’m sure, also great for layering!
Omg, I love gourmand fragrances with just simple few fragrance notes like this one because it’s not overwhelming but definitely others can smell it while you’re passing by!
I’d gladly give more than 5 stars, later on I am definitely using this for a Body Butter! Beautiful and completely inoffensive fragrance for B & B products.
I definitely would love to see this available all the time!
