Not sure how much fragrance to use in the product you want to make? First, you need to understand the maximum percentages that specific product base will typically accept.
CP, HP, CPOP Soap: 6%
MP Soap: 3%
Lotions and Scrubs: 1-2%
Bath Bombs, Salts & Soaks: 5-10%
Candles: 6-12% (depends upon wax used)
The actual percentage you end up using should be based upon the IFRA maximum, the maximum your product base will accept and what % of fragrance it takes to make your product smell awesome! A good starting place is using the LOWEST of these three percentages.
EXAMPLE:
Desired scent strength: 5%
Maximum CP base load: 6%
IFRA Maximum: 12%
This means you should start with 5% of this particular fragrance in your CP soap as that is the lowest of all three numbers. Remember, you are not limited to this percentage. You can use up to 12%. However, this is a great place to start.

I wasn't too sure I would like this one, so I waited for a 2nd round before deciding to try it because the other "Mind Games" dupes surprised me in the best of ways. Initially, after making the perfume, my opinion was "it's okay" ( everyone else immediately loved it). After a small amount of time letting it macerate, I noticed more debth and could recognize various notes better. I will give it a bit longer because Queening definitely went from "meh" to "wow" for me after letting it sit several weeks and "French Defense " went from "wow" to "O! M! G! !!! " - I like Lionora, and while I'm not sure if it's for me, I know it is for everyone else who's tried it so far.
