Technical Instructions for Room Spray Base Mixing With Fragrance Oil

STEP 3: Stirring Equipment: Use of a magnetic stirrer or mechanical stirring device is recommended for optimal mixing. However, this equipment is optional and only recommended to make sure the base and oil blend thoroughly.
