Not sure how much fragrance to use in the product you want to make? First, you need to understand the maximum percentages that specific product base will typically accept.
CP, HP, CPOP Soap: 6%
MP Soap: 3%
Lotions and Scrubs: 1-2%
Bath Bombs, Salts & Soaks: 5-10%
Candles: 6-12% (depends upon wax used)
The actual percentage you end up using should be based upon the IFRA maximum, the maximum your product base will accept and what % of fragrance it takes to make your product smell awesome! A good starting place is using the LOWEST of these three percentages.
EXAMPLE:
Desired scent strength: 5%
Maximum CP base load: 6%
IFRA Maximum: 12%
This means you should start with 5% of this particular fragrance in your CP soap as that is the lowest of all three numbers. Remember, you are not limited to this percentage. You can use up to 12%. However, this is a great place to start.

I’ve been really into marshmallow scents lately so I had to try this one. It’s a nice, fluffy marshmallow scent, I could smell it immediately out of the bottle, I made a perfume with it already and I know it will get stronger the longer it sits. 10/10

My first order of this marshmallow fragrance smelled absolutely divine. It was soft, sweet, fluffy, and truly gave a warm gourmand marshmallow vibe. I loved it and expected to repurchase.
Unfortunately, my second order smelled nothing like the first. It had a strong synthetic scent with a strange undertone and no real marshmallow smell at all. I tried to make it work, but it was not usable for me and I ended up throwing it away.
Because of the inconsistency between batches and the disappointing second experience, I will not be repurchasing.

Hello Everyone, just came here to say: I received my order of marshmallow fluff just a few minutes ago & it is by far THE BEST marshmallow fragrance oil I’ve purchased. It’s in my top two- and I’ve tried every single one on the market (NO LIE TOLD).
This is hands down the best. My jaw dropped as soon as I peeled back that heat seal. I love it so much- def worth a try if you’re looking for marshmallow. I think it’s a scent trend that won’t die down any time soon & a great money maker.
