Not sure how much fragrance to use in the product you want to make? First, you need to understand the maximum percentages that specific product base will typically accept.
CP, HP, CPOP Soap: 6%
MP Soap: 3%
Lotions and Scrubs: 1-2%
Bath Bombs, Salts & Soaks: 5-10%
Candles: 6-12% (depends upon wax used)
The actual percentage you end up using should be based upon the IFRA maximum, the maximum your product base will accept and what % of fragrance it takes to make your product smell awesome! A good starting place is using the LOWEST of these three percentages.
EXAMPLE:
Desired scent strength: 5%
Maximum CP base load: 6%
IFRA Maximum: 12%
This means you should start with 5% of this particular fragrance in your CP soap as that is the lowest of all three numbers. Remember, you are not limited to this percentage. You can use up to 12%. However, this is a great place to start.

I think this oil has potential to become very beautiful. It’s light out of the bottle but what I can smell is so nice, I put 30% in perfumers alcohol and I’m excited to see how it blooms in 1-2 months!

The scent is just ok for me, I ended up using it as a blender with another fragrance oil and it was a little better. I don't think it's a bad scent at all just a little light.

This does not smell like Tihota at all. I cannot use it. There is some strange chemical smell that I pick up on in the background. I’ve had a perfume sitting for months and the smell has not gone away or improved.

This oil smells similar to Tihota and it's nice, but it's extremely weak. You would need to use far more than safe IFRA guidelines to get a Scent that projects. As with the other oil I reviewed, it's quite thick and can effect formulations.
