Not sure how much fragrance to use in the product you want to make? First, you need to understand the maximum percentages that specific product base will typically accept.
CP, HP, CPOP Soap: 6%
MP Soap: 3%
Lotions and Scrubs: 1-2%
Bath Bombs, Salts & Soaks: 5-10%
Candles: 6-12% (depends upon wax used)
The actual percentage you end up using should be based upon the IFRA maximum, the maximum your product base will accept and what % of fragrance it takes to make your product smell awesome! A good starting place is using the LOWEST of these three percentages.
EXAMPLE:
Desired scent strength: 5%
Maximum CP base load: 6%
IFRA Maximum: 12%
This means you should start with 5% of this particular fragrance in your CP soap as that is the lowest of all three numbers. Remember, you are not limited to this percentage. You can use up to 12%. However, this is a great place to start.

This scent is fabulous. It is not a sweet scent, but there is a touch of actual vanilla at the base. Not a sugared vanilla, but the real deal. And it's warm and spicy at the same time. I make it into lotions and body sprays (which I wear myself). Haven't tried it in CP yet, I'm scared. But I'll keep using it for all the other things.

Edit: for a couple of hours now I have not been able to stop sniffing! This here is 1000% what I love- first sniff, it's interesting and beautiful but every subsequent sniff, it becomes better and better! Please stock back up - this FO is one I wouldn't only put in wax, I'd wear it! It IS going in my Whipped Body Butter for sure!

This scent here is IT and more! I usually never comment ever post a review before actually making products with a fragrance oil but just by by smelling it I already know how much more beautiful it will turn out in wax!
